I welcome clients experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges related to ADHD. I use elements of different modalities depending on each client’s goals and preferred approaches. This can include Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Attachment, Parts Work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and more. I aim to be authentic in sessions in order to build an honest connection with clients.
