I welcome clients experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, challenges related to ADHD, and life transitions. As an integrative counsellor, I use elements of different modalities depending on a client’s goals and preferred approaches. This can include Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, Parts Work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and more.
I offer a free 20-minute video call to all new clients for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good therapeutic fit.
