I welcome clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, Autism, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. I use elements of different modalities depending on each client’s therapeutic goals and preferred approaches. This can include Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, Parts Work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and more. I show up authentically in sessions to build an honest connection with clients.
